We do not provide SEO, paid advertising, or social media content posting.

2. Subscription Terms

Services are billed on a flat-rate monthly basis. There are no long-term contracts. By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated monthly fee until the subscription is canceled.

3. No Guarantees

While we utilize best practices to improve your online reputation, Louvox does not guarantee specific star ratings, review volumes, or search engine rankings. Results vary depending on your business quality, customer base, and external market factors. We strictly adhere to the guidelines of review platforms and never use fake reviews.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and grant necessary access permissions for us to perform the services. You remain responsible for the actual quality of goods and services your business provides to its customers.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Louvox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any negative reviews left by legitimate users on third-party platforms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
